Subject: Extension of the Certification of Temporary Operation until 31/12/2016
Madam Minister,
According to the paragraph 2 of the article 26 of the 4276/2014 law (Government Gazette A155 / 07.30.14) entitled: “Simplifying running processes of tourism enterprises and tourist infrastructure, special forms of tourism and other provisions”, the deadlines described in paragraph 3 of the article 17, in paragraph 1 of the article 22 and in paragraph 1 of the article 23 of the 3498 / 2006 (A230) law which were extended until 31.12.2014 with the first sentence of paragraph 6 of the article 20 of the 4179/2013 (A175) law, were extended again until the 31/12/2015.
We ask for the renewal of the Certificate of Temporary Operation for the spa tourism-Thermalism units until the 31/12/2016, in order for the interested parties who have submitted a dossier for the “Recognition of Natural Resources as Thermal” and received protocol number until 31 / 12/2015, to be able to operate until the publishing of the Recognition of Natural Resources in the Government Gazette and until they acquire the Special Operation Sign.
