Agiasmata spring is located in the homonymous village in Chios Island, 57.5 km away from the capital. The hot water, the healthy environment and the beauties of the island compose an amazing environment. The first record of the spring date back to the 16th century, while the old bath, built in the beginning of the 20th century, still remains. 100 metres away from the curative spring Agiasmata one can find the coastal cold spring Leukandria, which is suitable for mineral water drinking therapy.

The temperature of the water is 57.5oC
Characterisation: Superheated Cl-Na-K-Br-I-B-Sr-Li curative saline spring of Agiasmata of the municipality of Chios
Therapeutic Indications: Endocrine and musculoskeletal system, degenerative arthritis, rheumatisms, spondyloarthritis, lumbago, sciatica, ankylosis, gynecological ailments, vasculopathies, tendonitis e.t.c.
Health thermalism facilities
The hydrotherapy centre has 12 individual tubs with a temperature of 35-40oC. It is open from July to October, seven days a week. There are no accommodation and eating establishments available.
