The bats are located in the northeast side of Lake Trichonis. They were named after the rock which stands next to the spring and as the sun sets it is painted red. The view to the Lake Trichonis is majestic.
Curative Water
The temperature of the water of the spring is 17. 5 -19oC
Characterisation: Cold HCO3– Na- Ca – hydrosulphide, hypotonic curative water of the municipality of Thermo
Therapeutic Indications: Rheumatisms, sciatica, eczema, skin ailments, gynecological ailments
Health thermalism facilities
The hydrotherapy centre has 13 tubs. The temperature of the water is 28-32oC. The baths are open from May to October, seven days a week, between the hours 07:00 am – 21:30 pm. Accommodation establishments are provided in the area.
